To crash Google chrome, simply open Google Chrome and type the below URL and hit “Enter”:
This bug was originally reported by “Andris Atteka” in his blog post. He mentions that chrome simply crashes when you add a NULL char in the URL string.
It is also seen that hovering above that link may crash the Google Chrome Browser.

I was playing around with my old Dell Laptop which had Windows XP Professional installed in it. I just finished installing Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit using my 8GB USB drive and this post is about how to install Windows 7 from an ISO image using a USB Drive without using any CD/DVD.
Stuff you will need :
Step 1: Format USB Drive
I recommend that if you have any files in your USB , then backup those files before performing a format as formatting the USB drive will permanently erase all your files from the USB drive.
Just make sure you have the option “Quick Format” is enabled.
Step 2: Mount Windows 7 ISO
Install DEAMON Tools Lite and open up the DEAMON Tools lite program and “Mount” the Windows 7 ISO file. This the ISO file will be mounted in a virtual drive. Just take a note of the drive letter where it is mounted.
Step 3: Transfer Windows 7 installation to USB
Extract the contents of the WinToFlash file you downloaded earlier to any folder in your computer. Now, open that folder and open “WinToFlash.exe”
You will now see the Start screen. Now click on the the huge “Green Tick Mark” .
Now, Press “Next” .
Now, you will have to select the “Windows File Path” as the drive/location where you mounted your ISO file. And, the “USB Drive” as your USB drive. And Press “Next“. Accept the license agreement and click “Continue“.
This will take a while (about 10-15 minutes depending on your system) to copy all the files to the USB drive. After the copying is finished, click “Next” and press “Exit“.
Step 4 : Reboot & Install
Now, make sure you have your USB drive plugged into your system and reboot your computer. Now, during the reboot phase, at your BIOS screen (press F2 or F8 depending on what is showed on your BIOS screen) , and change the boot order and select it to boot from “USB” as default. Now, save changes and reboot.
This will now load the Windows 7 Setup from USB and you can install it just as you are installing from a DVD.
I prefer installing this way rather than installing from DVD, as the setup is much faster and also there is almost no risk of the setup being corrupted.

A group of researchers from “The University of Texas” at Austin successfully nabbed the drone on a dare from the Department of Homeland Security with parts less than $1000.
They managed to do it through spoofing, a technique where a signal from hackers pretends to be the same as one sent to the drone’s GPS.
The team warned that it is crucial that the government address this grave security concern before it goes any further with plans that would allow drones to fly over American soil.

Absinthe 2.0 is an untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1.1 devices ONLY. I just finished jailbreaking my Iphone 3GS and thought of sharing it. Its a pretty simple process and it just took me less than 5-10 minutes to complete.
Absinthe 2.0 supports only the following devices on 5.1.1 : iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3 (iPad2,4 is now supported as of Absinthe 2.0.4), iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch 3rd generation, iPod touch 4th generation.
If you haven’t jailbreaked your device till now and want to jailbreak it now, then just follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Check Your Device Software Version:
Make sure your device’s Software version is 5.1.1 . You can check it by clicking the “Menu” button in your device, then open “Settings“, then Click on “General“, then Press “About” . Check for the field named “Software Version” and check if it is 5.1.1 .
Step 2: Connect and Back Up Your device:
Now, Open up “iTunes” in your computer and connect your device using the USB cable to your laptop or computer.
Now, in your iTunes, in the left side menu, look for your device under the “Devices” tab. Now, “Right Click ” on your device and click “Backup“. (If you want the jailbreaking process to be faster, after you backed up your device, format your device and after jailbreaking you can restore from the backup created).
Step 3: Download Absinthe 2.0 and Jailbreak :
You can download “Absinthe 2.0.4” from the links below according to your operating system:
Absinthe v2.0.4 for Windows (XP, Vista,7 )
Absinthe v2.0.4 for MacOSX(10.5, 10.6, 10.7)
Absinthe v2.0.4 for Linux(x86, x86_64)
Open the downloaded file, and read the instructions given in the “readme” file.For Windows users, just extract the downloaded file to the “Desktop” (or any location you like). Then open the “absinthe-win-2.0.4.exe” and it will extract all the files to another folder in the desktop itself. Now, open the created folder and open the program “absinthe“.
When you open the program, it will look something like this:
Now, make sure your device has atleast 60% battery charge (just be on the safe side 😀 ). Now, click “Jailbreak” , wait for a while and it do the rest! Just make sure you dont disconnect your device until the process is over. So, that’s it folks, Yes! its that simple!
After you have succesfully jailbreak’d your device you can restore your backup. To restore, right click on your device name under the ‘Devices‘ menu in the left panel of iTunes and click ‘Restore From Backup‘ and then select the latest backup you created before.

We can find the IP address of any host or website using the “ping” command.
If you are using Windows, open up the command prompt by pressing Start, then press Run and then type:
cmd
and hit ENTER.
This will bring up the command prompt. In this window, type “ping” following by the “host” whose IP address you want to find. For example, if you want to find the IP address of http://www.google.com,in your command prompt window, type:
ping google.com
The above picture shows a sample output of the ping command. Here you can see that the IP Address I got is the one I have marked inside the red box and this is the I.P. address of the website http://www.google.com.
