Increase Bandwidth in Windows XP SP2

  1. Press START, and then click on Run. And type gpedit.msc and hit OK.
  2. Now, in the left side menu,  Under Computer Configuration , Expand Administrative Templates by double clicking it , then Expand Network and then expand Qos Packet Scheduler
  3. Now in the right side menu, Double click on item Limit reservable bandwidth and change the option to Enabled & set the bandwidth to 0(zero).
  4. Press Apply, Then press OK and Reboot your computer

This would enable you to use the complete bandwidth without the 25% limit, Hope this helped you! Have fun!
